Welcome to Sachetgourmet. By placing an order, subscribing to our meal kit deliveries, or browsing sachetgourmet.rest, you agree to enter into a binding agreement governed by the terms outlined below.

1. Subscriptions & Billing Cycles

Sachetgourmet offers single-purchase sachet sets as well as recurring monthly subscriptions. Subscription plans auto-renew on the 1st of each month unless paused or canceled at least 48 hours prior to the billing date via your account dashboard or concierge email.

2. Perishable Shelf-Life Guarantee

Our sachets contain vacuum-sealed reductions, micro-emulsions, and pristine spice bases. Upon receipt, liquid reductions must be refrigerated at or below 38°F (3.3°C). Unopened sachets retain guaranteed peak flavor for 60 days from delivery. Sachetgourmet guarantees zero leakage or vacuum seal failure upon delivery.

3. Return & Refund Policy for Food Items

Due to health and safety safety standards for perishable culinary goods, returned food products cannot be accepted. If your package arrives damaged, unsealed, or past temperature thresholds during transit:

• Contact [email protected] within 48 hours of carrier delivery timestamp.
• Include photographic evidence of damaged outer box or sachet seal.
• We will issue an immediate replacement shipment or full refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

Clients are strictly responsible for reviewing allergen disclosure cards included in each drawer and product listing. Sachetgourmet is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed client allergies to dairy, soy, or nightshades.

5. Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any legal actions or arbitrations shall be handled in San Francisco County, CA.
